What I collect

What you send me. If you fill out the quote form or text or call me, I get what you gave me: your name, phone, email if you included it, your address or city, and whatever you told me about your floors, including photos. I use it to price your job, schedule it, and follow up. That’s it.

Form service. The quote form runs on Tally. Your answers are stored there and emailed to me. Tally’s own privacy policy covers their handling of it.

Analytics and ads. This site uses the Meta Pixel (Facebook and Instagram) and standard web analytics. They set cookies and record that a browser visited a page, and on the thank-you page, that a form was sent. That lets me see which ads and posts actually bring in real inquiries, and it may show you a Z Flooring ad later on Facebook or Instagram. The pixel does not receive the contents of your form. You can limit this in your browser’s cookie settings and in your Meta ad preferences.

Photos of the work. I photograph finished floors for my portfolio, Instagram and this site. Every contract includes photo permission with an opt-out, and I never publish names, addresses or house values. If you want a photo of your home taken down, text me and it comes down.
