Still deciding? I will drop samples at your house so you can see them in your own light, next to your walls and your furniture. No charge, no obligation. If you want me to measure while I am there so you have a real number, I will. If not, I leave them with you.

Repair. Don't replace.

Most rippled, stained, or torn carpet doesn't need to be replaced — it needs an hour with a power stretcher or a clean patch. I'll tell you straight which one yours is.

The math from a real job: new carpet would have run $4,500. The restretch cost $450.
Restretch
$150 first room
$75 each added room, same trip · Hallways $60 · Power-stretched flat, not knee-kicked
Patches
from $125
$65 each added patch, same trip · Pet damage, burns, tears · Blended into your existing carpet
$150 trip minimum covers the visit — most repairs are done in one. Berber and loop styles run about 20% more.
Snap it, send it — I'll tell you if it's a repair or a replace, and what it costs, usually same day.
Cut · Bound · Delivered

Custom rugs & stair runners

Any carpet, cut to your exact size, with finished edges that don't fray. Area rugs, hallway runners, and stair runners installed Hollywood-style — wrapped tight on every step.

Any size, any shape. You pick the carpet from my samples — I cut, bind, and deliver it.
Three edge finishes. Standard binding, serged edge, or wide canvas border — from $3.95/LF.
Stair runners installed. Hollywood wrap, $4 per linear foot of step width ($12/step minimum) — the runner hugs each step instead of floating over it.
Felt pad cut to match. $0.85/SF — keeps the rug in place and doubles its comfort.
Text me the size you need — I'll price it same day.

7 details most installers skip

These are why my floors stay flat for 15+ years and theirs don't.

Power-stretched every install. Never knee-kick. Carpet stays flat 15+ years, not 1-3.
Pad seams taped, never stapled. Staples puncture the moisture barrier. Tape preserves it.
Subfloor prepped before anything goes down. Swept, scraped, shop-vacced, inspected. If it needs leveling, you hear it before install day, not after.
HVAC vents vacuumed post-install. Most guys leave construction dust in your air for a month.
3 daily text updates during install. Start, midday, end — with photos. You always know what's happening.
1-year labor warranty on every install. Manufacturer warranty guidelines followed. Acclimation, expansion gaps, subfloor spec.
9-day check-in after every install. I come back to walk the floor with you — seams, transitions, stretch. Most installers disappear once they're paid. I don't.

Real Client Reviews

What clients actually say

Real names, real stars, nothing edited — pulled straight from Google and Facebook.

★★★★★
"Highly recommend! They did an amazing job on my floors — so much so that I hired them for a 2nd property. I then referred them to a friend's flooring, and my neighbors. We all love the work that was done. Planning to have them do my basement once I start the remodel."
— Ronnie Watson · Verified Google Review
★★★★★
"Terrific company. Great customer service and quick work. Z has installed carpet in multiple locations and performed several patch jobs. Prices are affordable and work is excellent."
— Dean Branson · Verified Google Review
★★★★★
"Professional, great communication, attention to detail. Irvin was attentive and not pushy or salesy. We got exactly what we asked for, and I'm so grateful we were referred to them! Other carpet people leave a mess. Not these guys."

Questions I get before every job

No sales spin — just what you actually need to know.

I have pets. What flooring holds up?
For pets, you've got two real options. LVP is waterproof and scratch-resistant — great for accidents and nails. If you want carpet (warmer, quieter for bedrooms), I'll steer you to a stain-resistant fiber that's built to shrug off spills and pet messes. Either way, I'll match the floor to how you actually live — not just sell you the priciest option.
My old floor smells like pet urine. Can that be fixed?
Yes. If pet odor has soaked into the subfloor, I seal it with a shellac-based primer after the old flooring comes up — it locks the odor in so it can't come back through your new floor. This is only needed when there's real existing damage; most jobs don't require it, and I'll tell you straight if yours does.
Carpet or LVP — which should I pick for which room?
LVP wins in kitchens, baths, entries, basements, and high-traffic areas. Carpet still wins in bedrooms, on stairs, and anywhere you want warmth and quiet — and it usually costs less per square foot installed. It's not one or the other; it's the right floor in the right room. I'll help you sort it.
How fast can you install?
Same-day price when you send me your square footage. Free in-home with samples on me, and a signed estimate that day. Install typically lands 1–2 weeks out once we lock it in — flexible to your schedule.
How much does it cost to carpet a bedroom?
A typical 12 by 12 bedroom at the Basic tier runs about $550 all-in — carpet, pad, tack strips, install, take-up of the old carpet, and tax included. Bigger rooms and higher tiers scale by the posted per-square-foot prices above, so you can run your own number before I ever visit.
My carpet has ripples. Do I need new carpet?
Almost never. Ripples mean the carpet was knee-kicked instead of power-stretched when it went in — the fix is a restretch, $150 for the first room, and it's usually done in about an hour. The carpet itself is fine. Text me a photo and I'll confirm before you spend a dime.
Can you make a rug or stair runner from any carpet?
Yes — any carpet in my samples can become an area rug, hallway runner, or stair runner. I cut it to your exact size and finish the edges with binding, serging, or a canvas border so it never frays. Stair runners get installed Hollywood-style, wrapped tight on every step.
Why is your price locked when everyone else "depends"?
Because I'm the owner and I'm the one installing it — there's no middleman markup to hide. The price you see is the price. The only things that ever add on are extras you choose (stairs, tear-out, leveling a bad subfloor), and those are spelled out before I start. No surprises mid-job.
