Tier-locked rates. No salesman games. The big-box stores send a stranger — with me, you talk to the actual installer. Quote in your home, install within the week.
All-in. Material + labor + tier-matched pad + cleanup. No bait pricing. No upsells at the door.
A national flooring chain quoted my client $12,000.
I did the same job, same material tier, for $6,300.
— That's how the big-box markup works. You pay extra for a stranger they send out. With me, you pay the installer. Direct.
Bedrooms, basements, stairs, hallways. Tier-matched pad on every install. Moisture-barrier pad on Elite and Ultra tiers. Same-week turnaround.
Waterproof, scratch-resistant, pet-friendly. 6-mil vapor barrier included on every concrete subfloor install. Material sourced direct — no retail markup.
Carpet stairs (waterfall & Hollywood). LVP stair nose (Mohawk or custom bent seamless). Bound runners for hardwood-over-stairs upgrades.
Bind any carpet remnant into a finished rug or stair runner. Pickup & delivery included. Used for area rugs, basements, custom shapes.
Wrinkles, seam repairs, pet damage patches, transitions, quarter round. Quick fixes that look new — common on rentals and pre-listing prep.
I measure, you pick the material from samples I bring. Same-day estimate. Locked pricing, no salesman games, no pressure.
Material sourced direct from wholesale — no retail markup. You see real samples in your home. You decide tier, color, finish.
HICA-compliant Indiana contract, 50% deposit, material ordered. Most installs happen within 7–10 days — sometimes right after the 3-day Indiana cancellation period clears.
I do the install myself. Most rooms in one day. Final walkthrough before you pay the remaining balance.
Every tier price is all-in: material, labor, pad/underlay, and cleanup. Final quote happens in-home so I can verify dimensions and subfloor. Tax 7% on materials only. 50% deposit to book.
```The labor rate doesn't change — same install, same quality, every tier. What changes is the material. You can mix and match across tiers: Basic-tier install with a Premium pad upgrade, Elite carpet on a different grade backing, custom blends to fit your home. The all-in prices below assume each tier's matched material. We'll dial yours in at the in-home quote.
Standard across Basic, Premium, Elite, and Ultra:
For seven years I subcontracted for the big-box flooring programs — Lowe's and the chains. I'd show up to a stranger's house, install a floor better than anyone else on their roster, and walk out without the homeowner ever knowing my name. The store kept the markup. I got the leftover. And every customer paid extra for a middle layer that didn't lift a single carpet tack.
In April 2026 I broke off. Z Flooring is mine. No corporate manager, no script, no salesman to dodge — when you call, I answer. When you sign, I install. When something needs warranty work in year one, I'm the guy who shows up.
I'm raising my family in this same town. Every floor I lay, I lay like it's going in my own house — because half the time the family at the door looks just like mine. Se habla español también. Indianapolis is home, and I take care of home.
If you've been quoted by Empire, Refloor, or any of the big-box programs and the number felt wrong — it probably was. I'm the same kind of installer they'd send to your house. Just without the markup.
Austin came in with a quote from a major national flooring chain for $12,000. Same scope, same product tier, same area. I installed it for $6,300 — including pad, labor, removal, and full cleanup. Premium tier LVP + Elite tier carpet, three days from start to finish. His wife sent me a photo of their kids playing on the new floor and called it "a new home."
A Compass agent referred her seller for a pre-listing carpet refresh. Total contract was $3,432 — structured as 50% to book and 50% at closing. We installed fresh carpet two days before the listing went live. The house hit MLS, went pending in 16 days in a market averaging 30+, and the listing copy called out "fresh paint and brand new carpet" as a selling feature.
Every quote below is verbatim from a verified Google review. 5.0★ across the board.
"Irvin and his team did a fantastic job re-carpeting our whole house. They were fantastic at working around schedule and were always on time. I would recommend them to all of my families and friends."
"Professional, on time, easy to work with. The whole space feels completely transformed. I highly recommend Z Flooring LLC."
"HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! Amazing job. Hired them to do a 2nd property. Already referred to a friend's flooring project and to neighbors."
The tier price you see is the all-in price you pay. No upsell at the door. No surprise fees on the contract.
I do the quote, I do the install, I do the warranty calls. You never get bounced to a stranger you've never met.
Anything wrong with my workmanship in the first 12 months — I come back and fix it. No charge, no excuses.
Every install is documented under the Indiana Home Improvement Contracts Act. You get your three-day cancellation right and full disclosures.
Balance is due after the install passes your walkthrough. If something isn't right, we fix it before money changes hands.
Most installs happen within 7–10 days of contract signing — sometimes right after the 3-day Indiana cancellation window clears. Smaller scopes and add-ons can be even faster. Material orders kick off the moment your deposit clears, and the only mandatory wait is the cancellation period Indiana law requires on every home improvement contract.
No. 50% deposit to book and order material. The remaining 50% is due after your final walkthrough — only after you've inspected the install and confirmed it's right.
Primary service area: Indianapolis, Carmel, Fishers, Noblesville, Westfield, McCordsville, and Zionsville.
Beyond that ring: I cover most of Indiana for the right job — just ask. For long-distance work I'll set a job-size minimum that makes the travel worth it for both of us. Don't see your city listed? Send me a message anyway.
Check, cash, and bank draft are preferred (no fees). Card via Square accepted with a 3.3% processing fee. We do not use Zelle.
Yes. We do labor-only installs for clients who source their own carpet or LVP. We'll quote labor at our locked rates and you handle material. Common for landlords, designers, and repeat clients who know exactly what they want.
Yes. Two structures depending on the relationship and timing: (1) Pre-listing refresh with 50% deposit at signing and 50% at closing (the standard — works great for sellers who want their listing to show fresh floors before going live). (2) Buyer-side carpet credit on the closing statement — buyer picks color after closing, install happens post-close, paid via escrow. Compass, F.C. Tucker, and several Indianapolis brokerages refer to us regularly.
Material (carpet or LVP), tier-matched pad or underlay, full labor, old flooring removal and haul-away, standard transitions, daily cleanup, and a 1-year labor warranty. Add-ons like quarter round, toilet R&R, subfloor leveling, pet odor treatment, and furniture moving are itemized separately on your estimate.
Free in-home quote. Locked tier pricing. Same-week installs. Indiana licensed, HICA-compliant, 5.0★ Google rated.
